Previously at Albany Molecular Research Inc. (AMRI Singapore), she led medicinal and synthetic organic chemistry programs across oncology, diabetes, anti-infectives, and agrochemicals.

She holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry and completed postdoctoral research at UBC in Canadian proteomics, publishing extensively across peer-reviewed journals.
